Welcome to Elephant Lanka . Any and all persons using this website and/or our services agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions: Please read these terms carefully. When you make a booking with us or one of our accommodation partners, you agree to the terms in this document.

1. Reservations and Reservations
1.1 Booking Confirmation: After you confirm a travel or Tour service with Elephant Lanka you will receive a booking confirmation email in your inbox containing the trip, payment, and any booking details. Please confirm this information when received. If there are any problems with the data, please do not hesitate to let us know so that corrections can be made.

1.2 Eligibility: To book with us, you must be of a certain age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. By registering with Elephant Lanka, you undertake to meet these requirements at the time of booking.

1.3 Change of booking: In case of change of booking, the guest has to use e-mail or telephone to make the request. Of course, we try to satisfy all these requests; However, the mentioned changes may be made under certain conditions depending on the availability and the type of change made.

2. Pricing and Payment
2.1 Pricing: All prices quoted on this website are in USD ($) and are subject to change due to season, availability, and other prevailing circumstances. All prices are subject to change without notice. The total cost you pay is the same amount agreed at the time of booking.

2.2 Currency: All payments must be made in US Dollars ($). Exchange rate fees or fluctuations in all payment methods are payable and borne solely by the customer.

2.3 Payment Methods: Currently the payment methods are credit/debit card and bank transfer. All payments are made through secure channels with selected payment service providers.

2.4 Non-Refundable Payments: Some services or bookings may incur a non-refundable fee once payment has been made as described in the booking. You should read the details given on this page very carefully before proceeding to confirm the booking.

3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation by Customer: Customers are permitted to cancel their bookings as per our Refund and Returns Policy. Statistics show that people often cancel their reservations after reading hotels’ flexible refund policy, so please read this policy carefully before booking our tour plan hotel, as it outlines the circumstances under which a guest is eligible for a refund.

3.2 Refund Process: Some refunds are allowed over a certain period of time and will be reflected in an account and the original payment will be made. However, depending on the bank or card issuer you use, the purchase may take longer.

3.3 Elephant Lanka Changes: In exceptional circumstances bookings may be changed due to certain conditions beyond their control. However, if we make any changes, we will notify you as soon as we are able to do so. If you are not satisfied with the new plan, we offer you to continue under the new plan, choose another plan or cancel the trip and get your money back.

4. Responsibilities and Responsibilities
4.1 Customer responsibility: In this case, the responsibility for receiving and delivering the car is on the customer’s side, so the latter must be at the agreed pick-up location at the agreed time. There is no provision for postponement or omission of service due to a mistake or misunderstanding of the customer as the customer can safely cancel the service without a refund.

4.2 Lost Belongings: Elephant Lanka does not accept responsibility for theft or loss of personal property. So we ask everyone to make sure your items are in the right places and double check before getting out of our vehicles.

4.3 Limitation of Liability: Elephant Lanka shall in no event be liable for any accident, injury, or illness that may occur during Elephant Lanka Limited’s journey as agreed between the customer and Elephant Lanka, except where the accident has been contributed to by Elephant Lanka’ negligence. And/or its employees. Whenever customers book a car with us, Elephant Lanka is released from liability for travel risks.

4.4 Insurance: The Company strongly recommends that customers purchase personal travel insurance in any case in case of health, trip cancellation and other contingencies.

5. Complaints and Disputes
5.1 Complaint Resolution: If you have any problem regarding the services provided by Elephant Lanka, you can report your complaint to our Customer Relations Department. We will do everything to respond to your claims efficiently as follows.

5.2 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are created under the jurisdiction of Sri Lanka where Elephant Lanka is established. All matters relating to these terms are subject to this authority and should be filed in the creditor’s jurisdiction.
